To reserve your space, please complete the Registration Form below and make your Deposit of $1000 per person by credit card. Next, we will send you a link via email to electronically sign the Traveler’s Agreement, and - voila! - you will be registered. Rest assured your Deposit is fully refundable until the Traveler Minimum has been met, which we will let you know by email. At that point, the Trip is confirmed, and it is time to make your Final Payment. Please do not book flights until the Traveler Minimum has been met and your Trip is confirmed.
The balance of your payment shall be by credit card within 5 days of the Traveler Minimum being reached or before the Final Payment Deadline, whichever comes first. If you decide not to join the Trip after sending in your Deposit but before the Final Payment Deadline, kindly notify D*Lux Travel as soon as possible, as your cancellation could affect the Traveler Minimum needed to run the Trip.
We highly recommend travel insurance! Once the Traveler Minimum is reached and the Trip is confirmed by email, the cancellation policy will be in effect. At the time D*Lux Travel receives written notice that you must cancel your Trip, the following refunds will apply: If you cancel before the Traveler Minimum is reached and/or the Trip is confirmed by email, you will be refunded all payments made; if you cancel between the Trip Confirmation and 61 days before the start of your Trip, you will be refunded 50% of the Trip price; there will be no refund for cancellation 60 days or less prior to the start of your Trip.
